School - To - Parent Communication

Our school uses a wonderful communication system called “Tadpoles”.  Using “Tadpoles”, teachers can send photos and reports to give you a glimpse into your child’s day! The daily report they send will keep you informed of your child’s daily activities, learning experiences, and care events each day. All the photos and daily reports are e-mailed to you directly. You can also access them via the free Tadpoles Parent app. This app is available for both Apple and Android devices, or you can access it online at www.tadpoles.com.

At Peter Pan, we use Tadpoles to strengthen our home-to-school connection. Through this program, you’ll be able to enter drop-off notes for your child’s teacher, as well as any other information that need to be communicated. While you are in the school, you may see the teachers utilizing an iPad in the classroom. They are using these devices to check children in or out, take pictures, and to input other information into the Tadpoles system.

All of the information that’s captured within Tadpoles is a private communication between our school and our families. No personal information is shared with external parties. Each parent receives information specifically about their child. Our Peter Pan families love Tadpoles and the daily information and pictures they receive. We are sure you will too!
